8+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytics field.
Strong SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets; proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
Experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
