Design, develop, and implement scalable front-end and backend microservices architecture to support business requirements.
Engineer reusable complex distributed systems ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance while collaborating with Ford IT and system integrators.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security/compliance tools and enforce TDD/BDD practices for code quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
At least 2 years of experience with Python data pipelines, React front-end development, and CI/CD pipeline implementation integrating security/compliance tools (42Crunch, Sonarqube, FOSSA, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years experience with Cloud technologies (GCP or AWS), plus 1+ years with database tools (PostgreSQL, CloudSQL, or MongoDB) and CI/CD pipeline tools like Tekton or Jenkins.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing distributed, scalable, and secure systems within enterprise environments, especially with microservices architecture.
Skilled in integrating upstream and downstream data systems (e.g., pub/sub, Kafka) and automating development using AI tools to reduce manual effort.
Has domain knowledge or technical expertise in large scale eCommerce implementations and is proficient in technologies like Java Spring framework and GCP native services.
