About This Role
- Develop and maintain core components of the Eval platform including virtualization layers, agent plan-and-execute engine, and telemetry pipelines.
- Enhance per-step model orchestration and dynamic model switching focused on cost-aware decisions.
- Implement friction-detection rules and automate Jira ticket generation for operational reporting issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with focus on distributed systems or backend platform development.
- Proficiency in Python and Java (Spring Boot); knowledge of GraphQL and React is needed.
- Experience with virtualization/sandboxing, CI/CD pipelines, or Jira API integrations.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend platform or developer tooling teams with ownership of platform components.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to independently deliver production-quality code and tests.
- Familiarity or aptitude with applied AI, LLM/agent tooling, prompt engineering, and emerging agent-orchestration technologies.
