- Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, collaborating directly with peers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience contributing to internal tools, automation frameworks, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding workflows and capable of quick prototyping and iteration.
