About This Role
- Collaborate within functional pods to develop and maintain scalable, efficient Java-based systems that process billions of events daily.
- Take full ownership of critical system components from design through optimization, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Engage in incident management and customer-facing troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and impact user experience globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Java software development.
- Strong Core Java skills with deep knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
- Experience with web frameworks, REST APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, profiling, performance optimization, and participate in on-call incident support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and maintaining large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Comfortable working in agile, lean teams with end-to-end ownership and collaboration across product, architecture, and customer support functions.
