About This Role
- Lead architecture and technical governance for Salesforce platform with focus on Consent & Campaign Management to ensure engineering excellence and adherence to standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, Lightning components, Marketing Cloud integrations, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud solutions supporting marketing automation and personalization.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring teams, conducting architecture and code reviews, and overseeing deployment and integration strategies across cloud platforms and middleware.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including deep expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce Configuration, Apex development, and Lightning Component Framework.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Marketing Automation, API integrations) and Marketing Cloud Personalization Builder.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, data streams, activation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), middleware integration (MuleSoft, APIs), and regulated industry exposure (BioPharma preferred).
