Own test automation, continuous integration (CI), and regression testing for specific feature areas, ensuring high-quality product verification.
Build and maintain pipelines, test environments, and release verification processes covering feature, system, deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing.
Leverage Agentic AI tools to accelerate test design and automation, and coach junior engineers on Robot Framework, Python, CI, and test reliability best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in software/telecom product verification and test automation using Robot Framework, Python, and Bash scripting.
Proficiency in cloud-native software testing on containerized platforms, specifically Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Strong experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI or Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with REST APIs, microservices, and AI-assisted development tools such as Agentic AI.
Comfortable working independently owning feature-focused test automation and mentoring junior engineers.
Skilled in complex testing types including deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing in cloud-native environments.
