About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise software platforms using Java and full-stack technologies.
- Integrate and embed GenAI/LLM tools to enhance developer productivity and platform capabilities.
- Lead development of APIs, microservices, containerized applications, ensuring secure and high-performance architectures.
Minimum Requirements
- 13–16 years of full-stack development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AI/GenAI tools and integrating LLM APIs into workflows and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer with deep knowledge of backend Java and modern full-stack tech stacks including frontend frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead AI-augmented software development leveraging LLMs for enhanced engineering velocity and code quality.
- Comfortable driving innovation in cloud-native, microservices architectures and mentoring teams on DevSecOps and modern SDLC practices.
