About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases and frameworks for UI, API, end-to-end, performance, and security testing with emphasis on reliability and low maintenance.
- Own end-to-end test coverage for assigned products or components, including root cause investigation of failures and driving defects to closure.
- Set and champion QA standards, mentor less experienced engineers, drive process and tooling improvements, and act as quality point of contact including integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines and reporting QA metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on software QA experience with substantial test automation ownership.
- Proficient in modern test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG) plus API testing.
- Solid programming skills in at least one language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Python) and experience in version control and code review.
- Hybrid work model requiring presence in Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
