Own and manage 24×7 follow-the-sun SRE operations supporting Customer Enablement with rapid incident response and escalation.
Drive and improve customer and operational KPIs including ticket aging, response times, escalations, and RCA SLA compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable customer go-lives, reduce incidents via automation, and strengthen incident and RCA governance.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering or Production Engineering supporting highly available SaaS/cloud platforms in 24×7 production.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes/containerized production environments.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform), automation tools (Jenkins, GitOps), Linux, networking, incident management, and production reliability practices.

Experienced in managing global 24×7 follow-the-sun SRE or Cloud Platform operations with strong focus on operational KPIs and customer experience.
Proficient at cross-team collaboration for incident management, ticket handling, and operational improvements in SaaS/cloud environments.
