About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable full stack software solutions using Python/NodeJS for backend and JavaScript/HTML/CSS with frameworks like Angular, React, or Next.js for frontend.
- Collaborate closely with the Education Department, Gujarat, project managers, and state leads to implement and manage technology projects, ensuring business process improvements and meeting project deadlines.
- Support technical design, documentation, and delivery of software, interacting with cross-functional teams and end-users to gather requirements and follow engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (B.E., MCA, MCS, M.Sc. Computer Science).
- Proficiency with Python or NodeJS backend development and frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and basic databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer comfortable working in complex multi-stakeholder environments involving government and social sector projects.
- Ability to balance coding responsibilities with collaboration and system-level contributions impacting scalable educational technology solutions.
