About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, stable, and scalable software solutions using Python Django/Flask and React within an agile team.
- Drive adoption and establish standards for enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software engineering practices to enhance code quality and operational stability.
- Lead technical evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technology fit for existing systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Advanced expertise in Python Django/Flask frameworks and React development.
- Proven experience leading AI-assisted software development tools adoption with focus on security, correctness, and performance validation.
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and practical cloud-native experience.

- Experience working in or closely with the financial services industry IT systems environment.
- Demonstrates strategic leadership in integrating AI-assisted engineering tools with strong emphasis on responsible and secure AI use.
- Technical leader comfortable driving innovation, technical troubleshooting, and vendor evaluation to solve complex system design challenges.
