About This Role
- Develop and deliver high-quality Pega software solutions across all project phases, collaborating closely with customers and architects.
- Participate in design, development, testing of Pega Infinity industry frameworks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead client engagement to drive business growth and ensure customer success through effective delivery and support.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of Pega development experience with Pega 7.x/8.x, including experience on Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Agents, and integrations.
- Pega CSSA certification mandatory.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology and working with enterprise customers.
- Role based in Bangalore with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced System Architect or Solution Architect skilled in Pega implementations with full project lifecycle exposure from kick-off to go-live.
- Proven ability to design solutions using Pega best practices including class structure, inheritance, and DCR approach.
- Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with clients and partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
