Develop and deliver high-quality Pega software solutions across all project phases, collaborating closely with customers and architects.
Participate in design, development, testing of Pega Infinity industry frameworks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead client engagement to drive business growth and ensure customer success through effective delivery and support.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of Pega development experience with Pega 7.x/8.x, including experience on Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Agents, and integrations.
Pega CSSA certification mandatory.
Experience in Agile delivery methodology and working with enterprise customers.
Role based in Bangalore with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced System Architect or Solution Architect skilled in Pega implementations with full project lifecycle exposure from kick-off to go-live.
Proven ability to design solutions using Pega best practices including class structure, inheritance, and DCR approach.
Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with clients and partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
