Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and leading corrective actions.
Lead and coordinate incident response efforts across teams to contain and remediate threats.
Improve detection and response processes through automation, runbook development, SOP creation, and integration of threat intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years experience in SOC, incident response, IT security operations, or related role.
Proficiency with at least one cybersecurity tool such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, secure email gateway, or cloud security tools like M365 Defender, Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Zscaler.
Understanding of core investigation concepts including event correlation, MITRE ATT&CK, malware/TTPs, phishing indicators.
Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and work in ticket-driven environments with SLAs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operationalizing threat intelligence and developing detection strategies for evolving threats with modern cybersecurity tools.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with ability to mentor and influence outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to manufacturing/OT environments and automation skills such as scripting (PowerShell, Python, KQL) and SOAR playbooks is a plus.
