Identify, prioritize, and implement FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
Develop scalable automation and AI solutions enhancing forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and recurring FP&A processes.
Support FP&A teams company-wide by coaching on automation/AI tool usage, tracking initiative impacts, and partnering with Finance, IT, and Data teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in FP&A and process improvement or automation.
Strong understanding of FP&A processes including development and analysis of financial reports and budgets.
Hands-on experience with automation/analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python.
Practical experience and strong interest in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving efficiency in FP&A through automation and AI implementations.
Capable of independent problem identification and proactive solution development across global, cross-functional teams.
Comfortable leading scalable process improvements and promoting best practices in a multi-regional finance environment.
