Develop and maintain AI-driven test automation frameworks and harnesses for UI, API, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely within a cross-functional Scrum team to support new feature development and product quality assurance.
Analyze and resolve product issues, support customers and internal groups, and coordinate with R&D and support teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years in software development, framework design, and coding.
At least 1.5 years building AI-driven test harnesses using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and scripting (Shell Script).
Experience with automation/performance testing tools: Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, K6, and version control tools like GIT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with GenAI and LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS and DeepEval.
Strong understanding of AI-first testing, including RAG, knowledge base architectures, and agentic AI multi-agent systems.
Able to design, develop, and enhance test automation solutions within Agile Scrum environments, with a focus on AI-assisted tools and cloud integrations (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
