Build, maintain, and extend AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio connected to internal knowledge sources and business systems.
Develop and maintain integrations using Power Automate, custom connectors, MS Graph, REST/APIs, and cloud/on-prem endpoints.
Manage deployment workflow including version control (Git), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), testing, debugging, monitoring, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years in software development, systems integration, or automation engineering with independent delivery experience.
2+ years coding experience in at least one general-purpose programming language.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) or comparable automation/orchestration platform.
Proficiency with integration standards (REST APIs, OAuth2, service principals) and use of AI assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot).
Ideal Candidate Profile
