About This Role
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and Plan of Record for one or more semiconductor etch products or platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products meeting performance, cost, schedule, manufacturability, and supportability targets.
- Engage with customers and executives as a senior product leadership voice to drive portfolio-level decisions and customer-focused outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of product management, engineering, or equivalent experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced technology industries.
- Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and program accountability for complex technology products.
- Strong executive communication skills with senior leadership and customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or domain knowledge in etch processes, platforms, or modules within semiconductor industry.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, managing tradeoffs and competing priorities with strategic influence.
