Minimum Requirements

Experience in a similar role preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firms.
Graduate or Engineering degree from Tier 1 colleges; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; proven experience with Lean and Quality/Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in analytical skills and operational excellence methodologies, including Lean projects and value stream mapping.
Experienced in project management and governance with ability to lead diverse technology-enabled transformation solutions.
Ability to work across global organizations and build internal operational excellence capabilities and evangelists.
