About This Role
- Lead and manage large operations transformation initiatives across multiple global teams and business units, focusing on operational excellence and target operating model implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement culture by establishing problem-solving and analytical mindsets within teams, ensuring tangible outcomes through efficient project management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and create communication plans to increase awareness and growth of operational excellence resources across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of overall work experience, with 5+ years independently driving transformation projects in large global organizations or consulting firms.
- Experience in a similar role preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firms.
- Graduate or Engineering degree from Tier 1 colleges; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; proven experience with Lean and Quality/Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in analytical skills and operational excellence methodologies, including Lean projects and value stream mapping.
- Experienced in project management and governance with ability to lead diverse technology-enabled transformation solutions.
- Ability to work across global organizations and build internal operational excellence capabilities and evangelists.
