About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end SaaS implementation and onboarding processes for global clients in North America and Europe, ensuring rapid time-to-value and seamless platform adoption.
- Lead discovery, solution mapping, data migration, and technical integrations collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to tailor onboarding and minimize disruption.
- Manage detailed project plans, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and process optimization to standardize scalable, repeatable implementation frameworks aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years total work experience including at least 1 year leading end-to-end SaaS implementations in B2B tech environments.
- Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder client deployments with integrations and data migration.
- Strong technical aptitude to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams on integrations and automation.
- Location requirement: Bangalore; Client focus: supporting North America and Europe markets.
