About This Role
- Design and implement value enablement frameworks to optimize pricing strategies and enhance customer success across global and regional teams.
- Lead development of advanced analytics tools and interactive dashboards using Python, SQL, and BI tools to measure and optimize business performance.
- Manage strategic project roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide mentorship and training on analytics methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing strategy, customer success, or related fields; payments industry experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Experience developing and scaling data-driven tools and frameworks with measurable outcomes.

- Experience in payment, financial services, or technology sectors with strong domain knowledge of pricing and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
