About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-driven test automation frameworks and harnesses for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team to support product development, feature testing, deployment automation, and data generation.
- Analyze and resolve product issues by interfacing with R&D and support teams and provide feedback on correct system behavior.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on software development and coding experience.
- At least 1.5 years building AI-driven test harnesses and automation using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript; experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, and K6.
- Experience with AI concepts: RAG architecture, GenAI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval), AWS Bedrock integration, and Agentic AI architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and developing reusable automation frameworks tested across multiple projects with AI-driven tools.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating closely with R&D and support teams.
- Strong skillset bridging AI-first testing methodologies with software development and automation best practices.
