Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-driven test automation frameworks and harnesses for UI, API, and performance testing.
Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team to support product development, feature testing, deployment automation, and data generation.
Analyze and resolve product issues by interfacing with R&D and support teams and provide feedback on correct system behavior.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on software development and coding experience.
At least 1.5 years building AI-driven test harnesses and automation using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript; experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, and K6.
Experience with AI concepts: RAG architecture, GenAI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval), AWS Bedrock integration, and Agentic AI architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and developing reusable automation frameworks tested across multiple projects with AI-driven tools.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating closely with R&D and support teams.
Strong skillset bridging AI-first testing methodologies with software development and automation best practices.
