About This Role
- Lead and scale a structured technical training function for internal teams and customers focused on injection molding and plastics processing.
- Define and implement training strategies, deliver technical and customer training, and develop commercial training content and programs including certifications and paid workshops.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to execute training programs and drive revenue growth, managing scheduling and delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the injection molding industry with proven leadership exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines and processes; knowledge of plastic processing technologies like extrusion and blow molding is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in injection molding industry.
