Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs aligned with business needs.
Monitor and control all phases of the development lifecycle including feasibility studies, IT planning, risk assessment, and post implementation security measures.
Act as SME and advisor on applications development, providing advanced programming solutions and supporting users and operational needs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in applications development.
Mandatory skills: Python, Pyspark, Big Data technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with Financial/Investment Banking domain and ETL processes preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating with autonomy and independent judgment in an applications development role.
Strong technical focus on big data ecosystem including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and cloud technologies like Snowflake, Databricks.
Capable of advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts with emphasis on compliance and risk-aware development.
