Lead quality engineering and testing efforts for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Compliance Tools, and Risk Reporting within the GRC program.
Own design, development, and execution of functional and regression testing including test planning, test strategy, and test data management across multiple lines of defense.
Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and continuous improvement in test automation and DevOps integration.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years hands-on experience in GRC domain focusing on Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing GRC program teams.
4+ years in ServiceNow domain with at least 4 years specifically in ServiceNow IRM QA/testing roles.
Education: Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in agile testing methodologies with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow testing module, and defect tracking systems like Bugzilla.
Strong technical skills in ServiceNow IRM and familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Java, Playwright, and knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Prior exposure to large global financial institutions and CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing preferred.
