Associate - MDM -505

Own and drive efforts across all phases of data warehouse and MDM project lifecycles, ensuring quality and timely client deliverables.

Design and develop data models aligned with business needs and support analytical objectives, while assisting with project management tasks like planning and risk mitigation.

Lead and mentor team members, facilitate collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, and manage client communications related to assigned projects.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), preferably within consulting or relevant industry.

Strong understanding of core MDM concepts including data stewardship, governance, and data quality management.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

Experience with customer mastering (HCP/HCO), address mastering/standardization using third-party tools; familiarity with pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA) and leading MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica MDM) is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced in delivering analytical data solutions within life sciences or pharma data domains, leveraging MDM and data warehouse expertise.

Capable of translating business requirements into scalable MDM solutions with a focus on data quality and governance.

Demonstrates leadership in small teams with ability to manage tasks, mentor juniors, and operate collaboratively across distributed teams.
