About This Role
- Own and drive efforts across all phases of data warehouse and MDM project lifecycles, ensuring quality and timely client deliverables.
- Design and develop data models aligned with business needs and support analytical objectives, while assisting with project management tasks like planning and risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor team members, facilitate collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, and manage client communications related to assigned projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), preferably within consulting or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of core MDM concepts including data stewardship, governance, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with customer mastering (HCP/HCO), address mastering/standardization using third-party tools; familiarity with pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA) and leading MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica MDM) is a plus but not mandatory.

- Capable of translating business requirements into scalable MDM solutions with a focus on data quality and governance.
- Demonstrates leadership in small teams with ability to manage tasks, mentor juniors, and operate collaboratively across distributed teams.
