Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA and APAC for multilingual, multicultural, and compliance-sensitive roles including professional, administrative, commercial, and plant support positions.
Serve as a regional expert on labor laws, compliance requirements, and cultural hiring norms to ensure hiring practices that are regionally adapted and legally compliant.
Drive sourcing strategies, maintain talent pipelines, oversee use of ATS (Workday) and AI tools, and collaborate with local HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent Talent Attraction support aligned with Greif’s global model.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC markets.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and cultural hiring norms across EMEA/APAC.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional EMEA/APAC languages is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing hiring processes across multiple countries with differing legal and cultural requirements in EMEA and/or APAC regions.
Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques including multilingual search and use of AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
Capable of independently driving recruitment projects with strong execution discipline and ability to build effective relationships with HR and business leaders across diverse cultures.
