Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and cloud-native frameworks.
Build and document RESTful APIs and event-driven interfaces; design asynchronous workflows using Apache Kafka or JMS.
Lead engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing with JUnit/Mockito, CI/CD pipeline optimization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and observability integration (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in Java (versions 17/21), Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful API design, Apache Kafka or JMS, Oracle and MongoDB databases.
Experience in code quality practices, test-driven development, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leadership in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and managing production support/incidents in complex distributed systems.
