About This Role
- Prepare and deliver Operational Risk Management reports, dashboards, and internal trend analyses for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate and communicate with leaders from various business lines to identify and report operational risks through the ORM framework.
- Respond to ad-hoc Operational Risk Management requests related to audits and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Master's degree mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI required.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational risk reporting and data analysis within a financial services environment.
- Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams with a collaborative and communicative approach.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access, SQL, and risk analytics is a plus but not mandatory.
