Design and implement scalable global benefits programs and processes across multiple countries, with a focus on India.

Analyze benefits data to identify trends and risks, manage vendor relationships and support complex benefits queries and communications.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of experience in benefits, total rewards, or related HR discipline with multi-country program exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or business-related field.
Working knowledge of benefits compliance across multiple jurisdictions including India.
Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) and strong data skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and scaling benefits programs that comply with multi-country regulations, especially Indian Labour Codes.
Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and vendor management in a global context.
Data-driven with strong analytical capability to support benefits decision-making and improve processes.
