About This Role
- Manage business loans portfolio worth 40-75 Lakhs per month focused on unsecured business loans in a specific local market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with self-employed clients, key decision makers like CFOs and promoters, to understand their business needs and provide suitable products (business loans, overdraft facilities).
- Collaborate with DSAs, telecalling, and branch banking teams to acquire new customers and cross-sell financial products including current accounts, savings accounts, life and general insurance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in the local market, with background in credit and sales knowledge.
- Prior experience in driving and managing teams is required.
- Preferably holds an MBA or CA degree.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills mandatory.

- Experienced in managing business loan portfolios specifically catering to self-employed customers in the local geographical market.
- Has demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders for client acquisition and cross-selling.
