Own complete architecture and delivery of an AI-assisted migration platform including AI-in-the-loop design and Azure cloud components.
Drive AI/ML strategy decisions covering model selection, build-vs-buy, fine-tuning vs prompting, and define fidelity scoring and gap-analysis metrics.
Lead and mentor a 3–8 person engineering team, manage migration risks, security reviews, customer stakeholder management, and escalate client edge-case issues.
Minimum Requirements
Experience leading AI/automation engineering teams of 3–8 members.
Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript or Python including XML/JSON parsing and building parsers or rule engines.
Strong knowledge of AI/LLM engineering: prompt engineering, LLM API integration (Anthropic/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), RAG/classification pipelines.
Degree requirement: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting AI-in-the-loop systems with bounding and hallucination risk management on Azure cloud.
Proven ability to make strategic AI/ML model and architecture decisions impacting cost, latency, and fidelity evaluation.
Skilled in managing full delivery lifecycle including feasibility scoping, client stakeholder coordination, and maintaining security and rollback strategies.
