Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management solutions including business process discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
Drive manufacturing and SCM workstreams across project phases and act as a trusted advisor to ensure solution quality and client decision-making alignment.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and data migration strategies to support global and multi-legal entity deployments.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience as Functional Consultant; 6+ years for Senior Functional Consultant; 10+ years for Functional Lead (select seniority level applies).
Engineering Degree / MBA / MCA required.
Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, Master Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and SCM functional areas.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (MB-330/MB-335), or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (MB-700).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead global D365 SCM and Manufacturing implementations with strong functional business process analysis and design skills.
Experience in consulting , gap analysis and solution design for complex manufacturing and supply chain scenarios using D365.
Operates effectively in multifaceted multi-legal, multi-geography environments with experience supporting integration and data migration across financial and operational systems.
