Own end-to-end supplier-facing operations for GSC India Indirect Procurement within the Ariba Network covering supplier onboarding, communication, portal content maintenance, and transaction monitoring.
Manage centralized supplier communication inbox resolving queries related to POs, invoices, payments, and portal access across multiple European country teams.
Monitor daily purchase order transmissions and electronic transactions, proactively identifying and resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams, reporting weekly on onboarding progress and transaction health.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in supplier management, procurement operations, accounts payable, shared services, or vendor support.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Network (supplier-facing); candidates without Ariba Network experience will not be considered.
Fluency in English required; working knowledge of at least one European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish) is a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operating in multi-country or international shared services environments with European supplier bases.
Strong operational ownership demonstrated by managing onboarding trackers, monitoring logs, and centralized inboxes simultaneously.
Analytical mindset comfortable with transaction dashboards and exception reports, capable of driving continuous improvements and supplier enablement initiatives.
