Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning system including user access, integrations, security, model structure, and data integrity.
Collaborate with Finance and other departments to develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and standardize FP&A processes across the organization.
Drive training, user support, adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Adaptive Planning tools and related financial planning processes.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years total work experience.
Minimum 3+ years working with Workday Adaptive Planning including model administration, maintenance, reporting, and support.
Bachelor’s degree in Data, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end planning cycles support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability in designing, maintaining, and enhancing Adaptive Planning models and workflows.
Strong understanding of FP&A processes with hands-on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and delivering training to ensure standardized processes and tool adoption.
