Manage daily finance and accounting operations including high-volume transaction recording, reconciliations, and vendor payments for quick commerce and e-commerce businesses.
Maintain accurate financial records, prepare accounting reports and MIS for management, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve accounting queries, ensure timely payments, and support statutory and internal audits.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces, or digitally driven businesses.
Strong hands-on knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, payables, receivables, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting or ERP systems.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (full-time)
