Support enterprise resilience activities including business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency preparedness, and crisis response coordination.
Maintain documentation, track actions and risks, prepare stakeholder materials, and assist in governance and reporting across resilience programs.
Coordinate resilience exercises, validate plans, and support incident response and disruption recovery efforts based on stakeholder inputs.
Minimum Requirements
5 - 7+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, emergency management, or related program execution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with program management activities including risk assessments, plan maintenance, testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and flexible to support global time zones and critical deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in resilience or risk programs within insurance or financial services sectors.
Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, regulatory expectations (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, DORA, NIST), and tools like Archer, Jira, or supplier risk platforms.
Proven ability to translate complex risk and resilience information into clear, actionable stakeholder communications and governance reporting.
