About This Role
- Support enterprise resilience activities including business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency preparedness, and crisis response coordination.
- Maintain documentation, track actions and risks, prepare stakeholder materials, and assist in governance and reporting across resilience programs.
- Coordinate resilience exercises, validate plans, and support incident response and disruption recovery efforts based on stakeholder inputs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, emergency management, or related program execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with program management activities including risk assessments, plan maintenance, testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and flexible to support global time zones and critical deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in resilience or risk programs within insurance or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, regulatory expectations (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, DORA, NIST), and tools like Archer, Jira, or supplier risk platforms.
- Proven ability to translate complex risk and resilience information into clear, actionable stakeholder communications and governance reporting.
