Lead configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of multiple Workday HCM modules including Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent Management, and Core HCM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams globally to deliver scalable HR process solutions and support Benefits administration including Open Enrollment events.
Manage Workday releases, incident resolution, compliance, testing, and documentation to ensure data integrity and smooth functional operations.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience with expertise in at least two modules such as Benefits, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation.
Workday Pro Certification in Platform Administration and Core HCM modules mandatory.
Experience supporting complex Benefits administration and Open Enrollment activities within Workday.
Ability to work in hybrid model with hours between 14:00 and 23:00 IST; extended hours may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong functional expertise in multiple Workday modules combined with hands-on configuration and process mapping skills.
Experience working in global delivery models and familiarity with Agile methodologies, emphasizing compliance and data governance.
Proven ability to independently manage complex Workday implementations, support incidents within SLA, and engage stakeholders across geographies.
