About This Role
- Accountable for financial controlling, reporting, forecasting, and month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze and reconcile financial data, conduct variance and profitability analysis, and prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Drive financial operations support, data analytics enhancements, compliance with financial controls, and identify opportunities for automation in reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience, preferably in a large international company with a matrix business structure.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Good knowledge of International accounting standards; membership of a relevant finance/accounting accreditation body is desirable.

- Experienced in multi-functional collaboration within complex matrix organizations, supporting business partners with actionable financial insights.
- Capable of managing financial closing, reporting, and compliance in accordance with IFRS and internal policies.
