Manage and execute third-party resilience activities including risk reviews, due diligence, contract assessments, ongoing monitoring, issue remediation, and risk acceptance.
Evaluate supplier continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and resilience capabilities to identify gaps impacting critical service delivery during disruptions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to align roles, manage supplier engagements, maintain resilience records, and develop reporting dashboards on supplier risk and program health.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in third-party risk management, business continuity, operational resilience, or related risk program execution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience supporting risk assessments, supplier due diligence, contract review, monitoring, issue management, and remediation tracking.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in procurement, legal, risk, technology, compliance, operations, or supplier management functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background in third-party resilience or vendor risk management within insurance or financial services sectors preferred.
Familiarity with third-party risk management lifecycle best practices and operational resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, DORA).
Experience with risk and resilience tools such as Archer, ProcessUnity, Jira, SharePoint, and ability to develop dashboards and executive reporting materials.
