Manage end-to-end pricing and valuations operations processes, ensuring control reports are accurate and exceptions are resolved.
Oversee daily activities of Security Valuations team (10-15 members), including process adherence, client call handling, report generation, and coordination across multiple locations.
Lead process improvements, team performance monitoring, training needs assessment, and ensure compliance with policies and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Finance and Management.
8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations, Pricing for Hedge Funds, Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 members, with first or second level management expertise.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and financial data platforms Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with strong domain knowledge in Pricing or Valuations across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
Capable of managing complex securities pricing issues through research, analysis, and stakeholder interactions with senior-level communication skills.
Results-oriented, with ability to implement process improvements, meet deadlines in high pressure environments, and maintain accuracy and reporting standards.
