Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Finance and Management.
8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations, Pricing for Hedge Funds, Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 members with first or second level management responsibility.
Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, and Microsoft Office suite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong domain expertise in Pricing or Valuations across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products.
Experience in stakeholder management with senior-level communication and presentation skills.
Track record in process improvement, team leadership, MIS/reporting, and performance management in high-pressure environments.
