Manage day-to-day Security Valuations operations including pricing, control reports, and process adherence.
Oversee a team of 10-15 members ensuring timely execution of controls, client communications, and process documentation.
Lead process improvements, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and ensure achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance and Management.
8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations, Pricing, Hedge Fund Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 members at first or second management level.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word), Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive domain expertise in Pricing or Valuations with good knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and conduct senior-level communications and presentations.
Strong analytical, process improvement, and team leadership capabilities demonstrated by managing SLAs, appraisals, and coaching.
