Manage and support production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients, including user administration, software configuration, and issue resolution.
Coordinate testing, migrations, upgrades, and patches ensuring system availability and performance troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to transition new clients to production and improve processes and automation tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business with IT concentration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing/supporting mission-critical production software applications.
Experience with SQL and database software; experience with DevOps technologies preferred.
Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in a production operations/support environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Charles River IMS or similar securities trading software and portfolio management/trading system applications.
Skilled in automation using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell and familiarity with servers, networks, job scheduling, and high availability systems.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities independently while partnering with multiple departments to deliver superior client service.
