Manage and coach the proposal team, balancing resource allocation, maintaining quality oversight, and fostering stakeholder relationships across US and GCC teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of experience in proposal development, bid management, or similar work-winning environment.
Must have strong understanding of proposal compliance, reviews, submission governance, and deadline-driven delivery.
Role based in Noida or Bengaluru office; Work Experience Required: 10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating complex, global proposal pursuits and managing multiple stakeholders and resources.
Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop teams while ensuring high-quality proposal submissions.
Familiarity with engineering/AEC industry proposals and US/global stakeholder collaboration preferred.
