Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires in India, ensuring alignment with Disney’s culture and business priorities.

Manage program logistics, stakeholder coordination, data-driven improvements, and ensure operational excellence across talent and growth initiatives in India.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience in HR, learning, talent, or program management roles.
Experience in onboarding program management or learning program delivery preferred.
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
Office-based role located in Bangalore, India.
