Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of AML product features ensuring scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with compliance, risk, data science, and product teams to implement AML solutions including transaction monitoring, alerting, case management, and customer risk scoring.
Integrate AML systems with internal/external data sources and optimize detection workflows using data analysis and machine learning models.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years total experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
3+ years in software engineering focused on financial crime, AML, or regtech products.
2-5 years experience with AML software platforms such as Actimize, SAS, or NICE mandatory.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#; knowledge of AML regulations (BSA, FATF, OFAC) and transaction monitoring required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AML product engineering with hands-on knowledge of Actimize SAM and CDD modules.
Able to translate complex AML regulatory requirements into technical solutions effectively in cross-functional teams.
