Support US-based Sales Engineering Managers and Engineers remotely with pre-sales and sales engagements focused on POCs, demos, and technical documentation.
Lead delivery of pilot projects, technical demos of cybersecurity and data protection solutions, and handle RFIs/RFPs and requirement gathering.
Provide technical research and troubleshooting assistance involving cloud platforms, storage systems, networking, and databases.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on experience in technical support or data backup and recovery solutions with focus on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong understanding and hands-on troubleshooting of networking fundamentals, storage, hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV), container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in customer-facing roles delivering POCs, demos for cybersecurity solutions, preferably with US-based customers and ability to work permanent night shifts if in AMER COE.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical sales engineering with demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex POCs and demos remotely.
Technically proficient across cloud infrastructures, virtualization, storage systems, networking protocols, and multiple database technologies.
Comfortable working with US customers and coordinating across time zones, including willingness to work night shifts if required.
