About This Role
- Support US-based Sales Engineering Managers and Engineers remotely with pre-sales and sales engagements focused on POCs, demos, and technical documentation.
- Lead delivery of pilot projects, technical demos of cybersecurity and data protection solutions, and handle RFIs/RFPs and requirement gathering.
- Provide technical research and troubleshooting assistance involving cloud platforms, storage systems, networking, and databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in technical support or data backup and recovery solutions with focus on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding and hands-on troubleshooting of networking fundamentals, storage, hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV), container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience in customer-facing roles delivering POCs, demos for cybersecurity solutions, preferably with US-based customers and ability to work permanent night shifts if in AMER COE.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation.

- Experienced in technical sales engineering with demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex POCs and demos remotely.
- Technically proficient across cloud infrastructures, virtualization, storage systems, networking protocols, and multiple database technologies.
- Comfortable working with US customers and coordinating across time zones, including willingness to work night shifts if required.
