About This Role
- Own end-to-end Treasury back office operations including transaction processing, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and regulatory reporting for treasury products like FX, Money Market, Investments, and Derivatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, internal controls, and regulatory limits, maintaining an audit-ready environment and managing coordination with auditors and regulators.
- Drive process improvements, exception management, and support system enhancements; act as backup for line manager to manage Treasury Back Office overall functioning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Post-graduation in Management preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Back Office operations.
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements governing treasury operations is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years in Treasury Back Office operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced treasury operations professional familiar with regulatory frameworks and audit processes related to RBI and internal policies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional coordination including with auditors, regulators, and treasury front office.
- Capable of driving process improvements, handling complex exception management, and supporting system upgrades in a high-control environment.
