About This Role
- Manage India packaging suppliers across Rigids, Paperboard, and Miscellaneous Packaging categories, ensuring timely and reliable supply aligned with service and delivery KPIs.
- Act as liaison between material planners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support new product development projects.
- Drive supplier negotiations on quality, price, service, and delivery terms to maximize value for money and oversee supplier performance management including non-conformance resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree (MBA/IIP).
- 3-5 years of commercial or purchasing experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and supply chain operations in packaging or related materials.
- Fluent in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supplier negotiation and commercial leadership within packaging or FMCG environments.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with planning, quality assurance, and R&D teams.
- Proactive in supplier performance management and operational issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted supply.
