Manage India packaging suppliers across Rigids, Paperboard, and Miscellaneous Packaging categories, ensuring timely and reliable supply aligned with service and delivery KPIs.
Act as liaison between material planners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support new product development projects.
Drive supplier negotiations on quality, price, service, and delivery terms to maximize value for money and oversee supplier performance management including non-conformance resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree (MBA/IIP).
3-5 years of commercial or purchasing experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
Experience managing supplier relationships and supply chain operations in packaging or related materials.
Fluent in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supplier negotiation and commercial leadership within packaging or FMCG environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with planning, quality assurance, and R&D teams.
